1. Delivery Timeframes

Abayas: Custom abayas take up to 10-15 days to be prepared and shipped.

Ready-Made Pieces:

Within UAE: We strive to provide next-day delivery for ready-made pieces.
GCC Countries: Delivery typically takes 4 working days. Some pieces may be available for earlier delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

Incorrect or Damaged Items: We offer exchanges only if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our customer service team promptly for assistance.

Sizing Responsibility: We are not responsible for incorrect sizing choices made by the customer. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds for sizing issues.

Exchange in Case of Our Mistake: Abayas can be exchanged if the mistake is from our end.

3. Shipping Costs

Within UAE and GCC: All shipping costs should be paid to the shipping company by cash upon delivery.

Exchange Shipping Costs for GCC Orders: If the mistake is from our end, we will cover the shipping costs for exchanges to GCC countries.

4. Purchase Policy

5. Delivery Policy

Within UAE: Shipping within the United Arab Emirates is available at a flat rate of 30 AED for most areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE.

GCC Countries: For deliveries to GCC countries, we utilize SMSA as our shipping partner. The shipping fee is determined based on the weight of your order, and delivery time is estimated at approximately 4 days. Please be aware that customs and import regulations may apply in your country, which could affect the delivery time.
